Welcome to Ryley Learning’s course, “Eliminating Sexual Harassment: It’s Everyone’s Business.” Over four, 10-minute animated episodes, this sensitive topic is explored through the stories of staff and managers at the hypothetical company “Future Generation.”
With animated fact-scenarios and interactive exercises, the course’s learning objective is to foster a deeper understanding of what sexual harassment is and how it can be prevented in the workplace. Harassment on the basis of sexual orientation, as well as “general bullying,” is also explored.
